When you claim your ATM cash voucher and enter your mobile number, a text message is sent to that number with your order number and withdrawal amount. You need this text to complete the withdrawal at the ATM.
If you haven't received it, try the following first:
Check that you entered the correct UK mobile number when claiming. It must be a UK number
Check your phone has signal and isn't blocking messages from unknown senders
Wait a few minutes, as there can occasionally be a short delay
If you've checked all of these and still have no text, get in touch and include the voucher link and the mobile number you entered.
