I'm having trouble receiving the cash at the ATM

What to do if your ATM cash voucher isn't working at the machine - who to contact and what information to include.

If you're at the ATM and having trouble withdrawing your cash, the quickest way to get help is to contact Pin4Cash directly - they manage the ATM network and can investigate the transaction.

Please email Customerservice@Pin4.com or and include:

  • The order amount

  • The mobile number to which your text messages were sent

  • A photo of any error message on the ATM screen

  • A receipt if the ATM generated one
