Your ATM cash voucher lets you withdraw cash from any Pin4Cash ATM in the UK. Pin4Cash is a cardless withdrawal service available at around 15,000 ATMs nationwide.
Before you start: a UK mobile phone number is required to use this voucher. Verification codes are sent by text to the number you provide. The full amount must be withdrawn in a single visit. You cannot split it across multiple transactions.

📋 Claim your voucher
Open the link you received by email, text, or letter (for letters, go to huggg.me/claim and enter your 16-digit code)
Click Tell me more, then Claim Now
Enter your UK mobile number without the leading zero, then confirm it
You will see a 4-digit secret code on screen. Make a note of it
You will also receive a text message with your order number and the withdrawal amount
📍 Find your nearest ATM
Use the ATM locator link on your voucher screen, or see Where is the nearest ATM to me? The link is also in the text message you received.
💳 At the ATM
Select Cardless Transaction at the bottom of the screen
Select Pin4Cash
Enter your UK mobile number without the leading zero
Enter the total withdrawal amount from your text message
Enter the 4-digit PC Order number from your text message
Enter the 4-digit secret code shown on your voucher screen
Collect your cash
