Your ATM cash voucher lets you withdraw cash from any Pin4Cash-enabled ATM. There are around 15,000 locations nationwide. Before heading to an ATM, you'll need to claim your voucher first to get your PIN and order number.
Please note: A UK mobile phone number is required to use this voucher. The verification codes will be sent by text to the number you provide, and the full amount must be withdrawn in a single visit - you cannot split it across multiple transactions.

Step 1 - Claim your voucher
Open the link you received by email, text, or letter (for letters, go to huggg.me/claim and enter your 16-digit code)
Click Tell me more, then Claim Now
Enter your UK mobile number when prompted and confirm it
You will see a 4-digit secret code on screen - this is your PIN. Make a note of it
You will also receive a text message containing your order number and the withdrawal amount
Step 2 - Find your nearest ATM
Use the ATM locator link on your voucher screen, or see: Where is the nearest ATM to me? The link will also be included in the text message you received.
Step 3 - At the ATM
Select Cardless Transaction at the bottom of the screen
Select Pin4Cash
Enter your 10-digit UK mobile number - do not include the leading 0
Enter the total withdrawal amount from your text message
Enter the 4-digit PC Order number from your text message
Enter the 4-digit secret code shown on your voucher screen
Collect your cash
