My payment method isn't listed: what do I do?

What to do if you can't see a PayPoint option or your usual payment method when redeeming your OneLink Energy voucher.

If you can't see the payment option you normally use, here are the most common reasons why.


🏪 PayPoint isn't showing as an option

PayPoint's systems can only issue energy vouchers up to £49. If your OneLink voucher is for more than £49, the PayPoint option will not be available. This is a PayPoint system limit, not something Huggg can change.

In this case, contact the organisation that issued your voucher. They will need to cancel the current voucher and re-issue it as multiple smaller amounts under £49. You can then redeem the smaller vouchers at a PayPoint location.


🏤 PayZone isn't showing as an option

PayZone outlets are not listed separately because PayZone is a subsidiary of the Post Office and covers the same energy providers. If you normally use a PayZone location, select the Post Office option.
