If you can't see the payment option you normally use, here are the most common reasons why.

πͺ PayPoint isn't showing as an option
PayPoint's systems can only issue energy vouchers up to Β£49. If your OneLink voucher is for more than Β£49, the PayPoint option will not be available. This is a PayPoint system limit, not something Huggg can change.
In this case, contact the organisation that issued your voucher. They will need to cancel the current voucher and re-issue it as multiple smaller amounts under Β£49. You can then redeem the smaller vouchers at a PayPoint location.

π€ PayZone isn't showing as an option
PayZone outlets are not listed separately because PayZone is a subsidiary of the Post Office and covers the same energy providers. If you normally use a PayZone location, select the Post Office option.
