Because your card is digital, it can only be accessed through the original link, so there's no physical card to lose. If you think your card details have been seen by someone else, or you're worried it has been compromised, you should cancel it straight away.
How to cancel your card
Open your original voucher link. On the main card screen, below the See card details button, you'll see a Report card as compromised button. Click it to cancel the card immediately and stop it being used.
Getting a replacement
To ask about a replacement, contact the organisation that sent you the card, for example your council, school, or charity. A cancelled card can't be reinstated, so any new card is at their discretion.
