If you see a screen saying "This product or voucher has expired" when you open your link, the voucher or card can no longer be accessed. Huggg understands this is disappointing, especially when you were planning to use it.
What to do next
To ask about a replacement, contact the organisation that sent it, for example your council, school, or charity, and explain what happened. Whether a replacement can be issued is at their discretion, so they're the right people to ask.
