To check your balance, go back to the original link that was sent to you by email, text, or letter. Your prepaid energy card shows your Amount available and Amount used in real time, so what you see is always your current balance.
Your link starts with https://launch.huggg.me/ and ends in a string of letters and numbers. If you can't find the original link, check your email inbox or text messages, and search for "Huggg" (with three G's) to locate it.
