I topped up at PayPoint but the credit hasn't loaded onto my meter

What to do if you've redeemed your PayPoint energy voucher but the credit hasn't appeared on your gas card, electricity key or smart meter.

If you've redeemed your voucher at a PayPoint location and received a receipt, but the credit hasn't appeared on your gas card, electricity key or smart meter, please contact PayPoint directly.

It helps to have your receipt to hand when contacting them, as it will contain the transaction reference they'll need to look into it.
