I've been blocked from redeeming my PayPoint voucher

What to do if you see a 'you have been blocked' message when opening your PayPoint energy voucher link.

If you see the message "Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access i-movo.com", this is a temporary block and your voucher is still valid.

This happens when the voucher link has been clicked too many times in a short period, which triggers an automatic security block by the PayPoint system.

What to do: Wait at least one hour, then click the link again. Once the block clears, the voucher will load.
