I've been blocked from redeeming my PayPoint voucher

What to do if you see the message "Sorry, you have been blocked" when trying to open your PayPoint energy voucher link.

If you see the message "Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access i-movo.com", don't worry - this is a temporary block and your voucher is still valid.

This happens when the voucher link has been clicked too many times in a short period, which triggers an automatic security block by the PayPoint system.

What to do: Wait at least one hour, then click the link again. In most cases the voucher will load successfully after this time.
