Yes. You apply for welfare support through the organisation that provides it, such as your local council, school, or charity. They decide who is eligible and how to apply. Huggg is the platform they use to send vouchers, not somewhere you apply for them.
To apply, contact the relevant organisation directly. Depending on what you need, you could try:
Your local council's website or welfare support team. Search "[your council name] household support fund" or "[your council name] welfare vouchers"
Your child's school, for school uniform vouchers, free school meal support, or holiday hunger vouchers
A local food bank or charity. Many distribute vouchers on behalf of councils
Citizens Advice, who can point you to support available in your area
Once you've found the right organisation, they can explain how to apply and what support may be available.
