The frequency of your vouchers is entirely decided by the organisation supporting you - such as your local council, school, or charity. Huggg provides the technology to send them, but we're not involved in deciding how often they're issued or who receives them.
If you're unsure how often you should be receiving vouchers, please contact your voucher issuer directly - for example, your council's welfare team, your child's school, or the charity supporting you.
They'll be able to tell you:
How frequently vouchers are being issued
Whether you're on the list to receive them
When the next issue is scheduled
