If you don't have an email address or mobile phone number, you can still receive your voucher - you just need to let your sender know.
Huggg vouchers are normally delivered by email or text message, but senders also have the option to create a printed voucher letter that can be posted or handed to you directly. This works in exactly the same way as a digital voucher - the letter will contain a barcode or 16-digit code that you can show or enter at the till.
What to do
Contact the organisation that is sending your voucher - for example, your local council, school, or charity - and let them know you don't have an email address or mobile number. Ask them to provide your voucher as a printed letter instead.
If you received a printed letter and it contains a 16-digit code rather than a link, you can enter it at huggg.me/claim on any device with internet access - for example, at a library or community centre.
Need more help?
If your sender is unsure how to provide a printed voucher, they can find instructions in the Huggg Payouts help centre under "How to send printable vouchers". If you're still stuck, email us at support@huggg.me and we'll help.
