As a recipient, you don't have a Huggg account. Your vouchers are sent directly to the email address or mobile number that the organisation supporting you has on file.
To update your contact details, you'll need to contact the organisation that sends your vouchers - for example, your local council, school, or charity - and ask them to update your records with your new email address or phone number.
Huggg doesn't hold or manage your personal contact information, so we're not able to make changes on your behalf.
If you've recently changed your phone number or email address, it's important to let your sender know as soon as possible so that future vouchers reach you.
