To update your contact details, contact the organisation that sends your vouchers, for example your local council, school, or charity. Ask them to update your records with your new email address or phone number. They hold your details, so they're the ones who can change them.
If you've recently changed your phone number or email address, let your sender know as soon as you can. That way, your future vouchers reach you.
