Are there any key restrictions or limitations for Post Office vouchers?

Updated over 2 months ago

Please see the key points below and refer to the Post Office terms for further details.

  1. The highest denomination available for purchase will be £100. Please contact disbursements@huggg.me if you require a higher amount.

  2. Top-ups or cash advances can be processed in store only.

  3. Links cannot be cancelled once the status changes to either 'Fetched' or 'Redeemed'.

  4. Once a recipient claims the voucher, it will be available for 1 month + 7 days before expiry.

  5. Recipients need to ensure that they have enough free credit space on their account before heading to a Post Office branch to redeem the energy top-up, as the voucher will fail if they do not.

  6. The voucher cannot be split across multiple transactions. The recipient can apply the balance (to both electricity and gas top-ups for example) within one store visit. They cannot claim parts of the balance across multiple store visits.
