Can the voucher be split across multiple transactions?

Updated over 2 months ago

The Post Office voucher can only be redeemed in a singular store visit.

For example: If you issue a £90 voucher, the recipient can split the balance for a £45 electricity top-up and £45 gas top-up within the same transaction.

They cannot top-up with £45 on their first store visit and then return to the store at a later date and redeem the remaining balance as the voucher will no longer be valid.

IMPORTANT:
If the recipient fails to check that they have enough free credit space on their account before visiting a Post Office branch to top up, the voucher will fail or may be part-redeemed. In this instance, we will contact the brand for confirmation. Once confirmed, we'll credit your account with the funds and the decision to issue a replacement voucher for the recipient will be at your discretion.
