Here's how to redeem a Post Office Cash Voucher - for Energy Vouchers please follow the same process but ensure you:
Take your meter key card with you to the Post Office
Ensure there is enough space on the key card for the balance of the new voucher
Guide:
Open the Huggg link and click 'Voucher details'.
Click 'Claim now' to start the process of preparing your voucher.
Your voucher will look similar to this once it's ready to be claimed in store.
Once at your local Post Office branch, present the barcode to the cashier, along with your meter key or card in order to receive a top-up to your key/card.
