The recipient cannot hold more than 3 active cards or £500 total in prepaid Mastercards issued via Huggg per annum. (A card becomes inactive when it expires at the end of the next calendar month in which it's accepted)
Payments cannot be made in store. Online or phone payments only.
The product is currently authorised for use by public sector, social housing and not for profit organisations only.
The recipient will be restricted to the purchase of energy/water bill payments only.
The highest denomination available for purchase will be £300. Please contact disbursements@huggg.me if you require a higher amount.
