Am I entitled to a refund for any unclaimed vouchers?

If the voucher has a status of either 'Sent' or 'Fetched', you will be able to cancel and receive an immediate refund.

If the voucher has a status of 'Redeemed', this means that the recipient has used the balance and cancellation will no longer be possible.
