When creating vouchers, you will be asked to set an expiry date. This is the date by which the recipient must choose a supermarket brand. If this is not completed by the expiry date, the voucher link will be deactivated and the money attributed to it will be re-credited to your Huggg account within 24 hours.
If/when a supermarket is chosen, the link will take the recipient directly to the supermarket E-Gift Card. This voucher will have an expiry period between 1-5 years, depending on the brand chosen.
