Customize the Confirmation Page

Edit the message shown to users after submitting a report

The Confirmation page is shown after a report is submitted. It includes important information for the whistleblower, such as their access password and optional email notifications. You can customize the confirmation text to guide users on what to do next.


Steps

  1. Go to Reporting channels

  2. Select your reporting channel

  3. Open the Confirmation page tab

  4. Edit the confirmation text


What the confirmation page includes

After submitting a report, the whistleblower will see:

  • A unique password to access their report

  • Options to copy or download the password

  • An optional field to enter an email address for notifications

  • A confirmation checkbox before continuing

The password is only shown once and must be saved by the whistleblower.


Edit the confirmation text

You can customize the message shown below the default confirmation section.

Use this section to:

  • Add instructions on what to do next

  • Reinforce the importance of saving the password

  • Provide additional guidance or reassurance

You can format the text and include links if needed.

The password section and core functionality cannot be changed. Only the confirmation text area is editable.
