You can submit anonymous feedback through the Flourish Chatbot at any time, even if there is no active pulse survey or question to respond to. Every time you chat with Flourish, the chat ends with three options that you have continuous access to. Among these options is "Submit spontaneous feedback," where you can choose to send feedback to your manager and leadership team at any time while remaining completely anonymous.
You are always anonymous when submitting feedback through Flourish, as long as you don’t disclose your identity in the chat.
Previous feedback you’ve submitted is entirely separated from other entries. This means it's not possible to tell if the feedback or suggestions for improvement are coming from different individuals or the same person.
You can receive follow-up responses such as from your immediate manager directly in the Flourish chat, while maintaining your anonymity. Your manager will not know who they are responding to, but you will be able to see who has provided feedback on your comments.
