The Team portal is the hub of your work with feedback and engagement building in Flourish. Here, you manage your team, schedule Chats, create dialogue with your employees and analyze pulse survey results. In the intuitive interface focused on actionability, value is created โ€“ not workload.

Chatbox

In the Chatbox, you as a team leader can work systematically with employee dialogue, leading to a more proactive, transparent, and present leadership.

Respond to incoming feedback and improvement suggestions manually or through ready-made response options for lightning-fast feedback.

  • See trends in pulse surveys and focus areas.

  • Save feedback to the archive.

  • Star important feedback for your action plan.

  • Upvote feedback and suggestions on the Team dashboard.

Team Admin

... is an administrator for one or more teams.

... can read and respond to incoming feedback grouped by their teams.

... sees the results of pulse surveys and other measurements distributed among their teams.

... can schedule chat distributions for their teams at different levels.

Company Admin

... is the overall system administrator for all users in the company.

... can read all feedback segmented per team in Flourish.

... sees results of measurements at both company and team levels.

... has full access to schedule both pulse and other distributions.

... has the ability to administer settings, create new users, delete accounts, etc.
