Minimum Anonymity Threshold

Flourish never allows any data or measurements to be presented for a group containing fewer than four (4) employees. In order for data to be presented at the group/team level, four individuals must activate themselves with the Flourish Chatbot before any data is presented at the group/team level.

Since we understand the difference between feeling anonymous and the system keeping you anonymous, we have ensured that you as an employee have full visibility to see which group/team size you belong to. You can see this by visiting the Team Dashboard via your Flourish chat. There, you can see who else is part of your team and whether they have activated themselves with Flourish or not. We have done this so that you can decide the conditions for your responses yourself.

Flourish Pulse can be sent out to groups fewer than four, but the measurement results are only presented at the company level when it is part of a larger total group. Therefore, a team leader will not be able to see the result for their team if the team is fewer than four people. A company admin or HR can only see the result included in the company's overall result and not at the team level.

Focus Areas cannot be scheduled at all for teams fewer than four people. This is because Focus Areas include free-text feedback that goes directly to the nearest manager. Since this introduces greater complexity in maintaining anonymity, this function has been fully disabled for groups/teams below the anonymity threshold.

We avoid information at the individual level in Flourish. There is only one data point/information at the individual level, which is the team/group one belongs to.

Example: Simon has activated himself with Flourish and belongs to Team Flourish. Apart from this, no additional information is marked on Simon as an individual, not age, gender, or similar. The only marking besides team/group membership is at the team/group level, where tags can be created to group several teams into an even larger group, for example, to see how store teams are doing on different issues compared to warehouse teams.

We have taken this measure to promote anonymity in Flourish, and we are extra careful in how we handle these processes.

Your name & contact information (phone number or email) are available to administrators in an administrative view to be able to invite new employees to activate themselves with Flourish, move to another team if they change departments, or completely remove an employee who has terminated their employment with the company.

This page has no connection to other parts of Flourish. Results of measurements, submitted feedback, etc., are completely anonymous as long as you do not provide your name in the chat.

This also enables the system to remind you if you have forgotten to activate yourself with Flourish or have not responded to the latest pulse measurement.
