Figo is your employer's mobility platform. It gives you full access to all the transport services and tools your employer has made available - in one place, through the Figo app or Mobility Center.
What can you do with Figo Mobility?
Depending on what your employer has set up, Figo gives you access to one or more of the following:
An NS Business Card
Travel by train + bus, tram and metro on your employer's account. OV-Fiets and P+R parking is also available via the NS businesscardTravel Card
Digital First Corporate payment card for mobility expenses and international Travel.Shared Mobility
Shared car or Scooter rental for business trips. Get access to Check scooters, Greenwheels and MyWheels cars.
Kilometer registration
Log your commute and business trips for kilometer compensation.
Fixed allowances
Register working from home compensation, and other fixed allowances.
Note: Not all products and modules may be available to you — this depends on what your employer has purchased and configured. Not sure what you have access to? Check with your HR department or open the Figo app to see your available services.
How do you access Figo?
You can use Figo via two platforms:
Figo app — available in the app store (iOS) and play store (Android). Use this for activating your TravelCard, Shared mobility reservations, kilometer registration, and Fixed allowances.
Mobility Center — the web version, accessible via your browser. Use this for an overview of your mobility and used for managing your NS business card trips.
You need an invitation from your employer to create a Figo account. Haven't received one? Contact your HR department.
Activate your account
Before you can use Figo, you need to activate your account. You do this via the Figo app:
Open the Figo app and tap I'm new here
Select Business account and enter your work email address
Follow the steps to complete your registration
