As an employee, you access Figo via an invitation from your employer. It is not possible to create an account on your own.
How do I get access?
Your employer sends you an invitation by email. Use the link in that email to create your account. Haven't received an invitation yet? Contact your HR department or admin.
Where can I log in?
Depending on your employer's setup, you can log in via:
Figo app — available in the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android)
Mobility Center — the web version, accessible via your browser
How do I log in?
There are two ways to log in, depending on what your employer has set up:
Email and password — enter your work email address and password. After submitting, you will receive a verification code by SMS. Enter the code to complete your login.
SSO (Single Sign-On) — enter your work email address and you will be automatically redirected to your employer's login page (for example Okta or Microsoft). No separate Figo password or SMS code needed — your employer's system handles verification.
Not sure which method applies to you? Try entering your work email — if SSO is enabled, the login will redirect automatically. Otherwise, check with your HR department.
Forgot your password?
This only applies if you log in with an email address and password. If you use SSO, manage your password through your employer's system.

You will receive a verification code by SMS — enter the code to confirm your identity
Set a new password
Didn't receive the SMS code? Make sure your phone number is correct. Contact your HR department if you need to update it.
