Account settings in Mobility Center

In Mobility Center you can manage your personal details and work schedule. Some additional settings — such as notification preferences — are currently only available in the Figo app.


Personal details

You can update the following details in your account settings:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Home address — used when a mobility card (such as an NS Business Card or Travel Card) is sent directly to your home address rather than to your employers office

Keep your address up to date. If your employer has cards delivered to employees directly, an incorrect address may cause delivery issues.


Days in office

You can set how many days per week you work from the office. Combined with the actual travel data, Figo uses this information to recommend the most suitable mobility subscriptions for your situation — for example, whether a weekly or monthly NS Business Card makes more sense for your commute. This information is sourced from the Figo assistant.

Other settings

Settings such as notification preferences are currently only available in the Figo app. Open the app and go to your profile to manage these.
