How to get an invoice

Depending on whether you need a receipt for a single trip or a recurring membership, the process is slightly different.

🚲 For Single Rides & Day Passes (Self-Service)

You can download invoices for completed trips directly from the app:

  1. Open Profile: Tap the Account Icon in the top right corner.

  2. View History: Select "Ride History" to see your past journeys.

  3. Select Trip: Tap on the specific trip you need an invoice for.

  4. Download: Tap "See details" next to the rental costs, then select the option to download your invoice.

💳 For Memberships (Support Request)

Membership invoices are not currently available for direct download. To receive one:

  • Contact Support: Email us from your registered email address.

  • Provide Details: To speed up the process, please include:

  • The name of your subscription (e.g., "Commuter Monthly").

  • The billing month(s) you need the invoice for.
