🚲 How to Apply Your Code
Select a Bike: Tap on the bike you want to rent on the map.
Choose "Just Ride": Tap the "Change" button on the pricing card and select the "Just Ride" option.
Note: Discount codes only work for "Just Ride" sessions and cannot be applied to memberships or existing day passes.
Enter Code: On the checkout screen, look for the field labeled "Discount code." Type your code there.
Verify: The app will instantly show you what the code provides (e.g., "60 minutes free" or "20% off").
Confirm: Tap "Book now" and you’re ready to unlock!
⚠️ Common Troubleshooting
The "Change" Step: If you don't see a place to enter your code, it's usually because the app has pre-selected a different plan (like a membership you already have). Tap "Change" and switch back to "Just Ride."
Case Sensitivity: Ensure you type the code exactly as written, without extra spaces.
One-Time Use: Most codes are for new users or single-use promotions. If it doesn't work, check the expiration date or terms provided with the code.
