All Residents View

The ‘All Residents’ option on the System Administration menu is available to users with Super User, Director and Area Manager level access. Selecting this option allows all residents currently in all homes to be listed, restricted to all residents in all homes in an allocated area for Area Managers. All discharged residents can be viewed via the toggle button at the top. Note that for large groups with several hundred or more residents, this screen may take a few seconds to generate. CSV and PDF export is available. ‘All Residents’ allows detailed analysis of residents across a whole group of homes; note the screen shot shows residents from several homes, and is ordered by the ’Total Care Hours’ column from high to low. There are many ways this data can be used; a common user of the data is to compare dependencies and fees in different areas.
