Resident List View

Resident lists can be viewed in two ways. Clicking on the ‘Residents’ menu selection gives a list of all residents at the home:

Alternatively, to see all residents in a specific Unit, click on ‘Home Units’ in the menu, then on the line of the Unit. Please note the following:

  • The above example shows a home with just one unit called ‘Whole Home’;

  • The residents highlighted in pink have gone more than 25 days without being reviewed – this is just a convenient reminder. The blue tick to the far right allows quick updating to be used if the resident’s needs have not changed;

  • The ‘View TCI’ and ‘View Discharged’ buttons toggle between showing three views;

    1. All current residents as above;

    2. All residents who have left the home;

    3. Residents who have been assessed but not (yet) admitted.

  • By clicking on any of the headings of the columns, the residents can be reordered e.g. by the Total Care Hours required. This is helpful, for example, to view the most and least dependent residents at the home. Please see page 28 for a detailed description of the column ordering and search functions.
