Sometimes, even if you see crypto or fiat in your Coinmetro account, some or all of your balance may not be immediately available to use for trading or to withdraw. This can happen for a few reasons, such as pending deposits, withdrawals, or allocated funds. Let’s break down the possibilities.

⏳ Pending Deposits

If you’ve recently made a deposit (fiat or crypto), it may appear in your account but won’t be available for trading until it’s approved by our finance team.

📱 How to Check a Deposit Status on the Mobile App

  1. From the home screen, tap on the Menu icon (☰) on the top-left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap on Transactions.

  3. Find your deposit and tap on it to see its status.

💻 How to Check a Deposit Status on a Web Browser

  1. From your dashboard, scroll down to the Latest Transactions section.

  2. Find your deposit and click on it to see its status.

If you see a 'Pending' status next to your deposit, don’t worry — this simply means your funds aren’t available yet. The deposit may still be under manual review, or we might have reached out to you via email for some additional details before it can be processed. We advise you to check your email inbox just in case.

As soon as the deposit has been approved, your funds will appear as available in your account and will be ready to use.

🛑 Pending Withdrawals

If you recently requested a withdrawal, the funds may be temporarily held until the finance team approves it. During this time, the amount is deducted from your balance but remains in a pending withdrawal status.

📱 How to Check a Withdrawal Status on the Mobile App

  1. From the home screen, tap on the Menu icon (☰) on the top-left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap on Transactions.

  3. Find your withdrawal and tap on it to see its status.

  2. Find your withdrawal, and underneath it, you should see its status.

If you see a 'Pending' status next to your withdrawal, don’t worry — this simply means the withdrawal may still be under manual review, or we might have reached out to you via email for some additional details before it can be processed. We advise you to check your email inbox just in case.

As soon as the withdrawal has been approved and sent, the funds will be deducted from your Coinmetro account.

📊 Allocated Funds

Some funds may be unavailable because they are allocated or in use. Common reasons include:

  • Pending limit orders

  • Copy trading (TraM) allocations

  • Margin collateral

  • Staking programs

  • Unclaimed referral or staking rewards

📱 How to Find Allocated Funds on the Mobile App

  1. From the home screen, tap on the Menu icon (☰) on the top-left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap on Assets.

Here, you’ll see a full overview of your owned assets, including available balances and any allocated funds.
