To deposit Ethereum or any ERC-20 tokens into your Coinmetro account, youโll need to create a unique wallet address specifically for Ethereum (or ERC-20) tokens.
Important Notice for ERC-20 Wallet Addresses
Due to demand for ERC-20 addresses, if a deposit has not been made within 7 days after the address is first created, we may reassign the address, so please return to the crypto deposit screen to double-check your wallet address to prevent any permanent loss.
โ
Only use the ERC-20 method to deposit funds to Coinmetro. Other methods (e.g BEP2/OMNI) are not supported and will result in the permanent loss of deposited funds. When sending funds from a smart contract, they may be lost. Always ensure to use sufficient gas to fund the transaction to this wallet address.
