🔎 Where to Check Your Deposit Status
You can check the status of a deposit from either a web browser or the Coinmetro mobile app.

Open the Coinmetro mobile app.
From the home screen, tap on the Menu icon (☰) on the top-left corner of the screen.
Tap on Transactions.
Find your deposit and tap on it to see its status.
Important: Pending deposits will appear in your wallet but cannot be used for trading until approved. Completed deposits will be reflected in your balance.
ℹ️ Understanding Your Deposit Status
Pending: The deposit has been received but is awaiting approval from the finance team, or we may have reached out to you via email for some additional information before it can be approved. Check your emails for an email from hello@coinmetro.com or hello@content.coinmetro.com.
Completed: The deposit has been approved and credited to your Coinmetro account.
Failed/Rejected: There was an issue with the deposit (e.g., incorrect wallet address or unsupported currency). You should have received an email from us about this, but if not, Contact Customer Support.
