Inheritance of a processing activity:
Used when multiple organizational units share the same processing activity without changes.
Copy processing activity:
Use this option if you want to use an existing processing activity as a template but need to adapt it for another organizational unit.
You can choose between
Duplicate (creates a 1:1 copy of the activity)
Copy to.... (you can set the responsible organizational unit of the newly created activity in advance)
