Creating an organizational unit
Create an organizational unit, e.g. at the first possible level, with the name “Group Activities”.
The level is not decisive; however, placing it on the first level makes it easier to access.
The organizational unit can also be divided into clusters (e.g. Finance, Human Resources, etc.).
Configuration of editable group processing activities
For a group processing activity to be editable by users, the following conditions must be met:
Responsible organizational unit:
Caratraining > Group ActivitiesOther organizational units: Can be added by the users.
Configuration of non-editable group processing activities
The following conditions apply to non-editable group processing activities:
Responsible organizational unit: ROOT unit, e.g.
CaratrainingAdditional organizational unit:
Caratraining > Group Activities.
Users who now
Caratraining > Group Activities
as an organizational unit now have read or write access to the relevant processing activities, depending on the configuration.
