Organizational management, processing activities

Updated over a week ago

Creating an organizational unit

  • Create an organizational unit, e.g. at the first possible level, with the name “Group Activities”.

  • The level is not decisive; however, placing it on the first level makes it easier to access.

  • The organizational unit can also be divided into clusters (e.g. Finance, Human Resources, etc.).

Configuration of editable group processing activities

For a group processing activity to be editable by users, the following conditions must be met:

  • Responsible organizational unit: Caratraining > Group Activities

  • Other organizational units: Can be added by the users.

Configuration of non-editable group processing activities

The following conditions apply to non-editable group processing activities:

  • Responsible organizational unit: ROOT unit, e.g. Caratraining

  • Additional organizational unit: Caratraining > Group Activities.

Users who now

  • Caratraining > Group Activities

as an organizational unit now have read or write access to the relevant processing activities, depending on the configuration.
