Answer the question as to whether there are processing-specific measures for this processing activity with “Yes”.
You can select from the existing general and process-specific measures with “Add measure”.
Please note that the organizational units of the measure and the processing activity must match.
If necessary, add units as “Other organizational units” within the measure.
Use the checkbox to select the relevant measures.
“General measures” are displayed in the overview of all selected measures.

Open the detailed view by clicking once on a measure.
Depending on access, you can now edit the general measure and create a process-specific copy of this measure
If you edit the general measure, it will be changed in all existing processing activities or risks.
Click on “Duplicate as process-specific measure” to immediately create an exact copy.
You can now safely edit this copy and then save it.
