Selecting a measure within a processing activity, page 5

  1. Answer the question whether there are processing-specific measures for this processing activity with "Yes".

  2. You can choose from the existing general and process-specific measures using "Add measure".

  3. Please note that the organizational units of the measure and the processing activity must match.

    1. If necessary, add units as "Other organizational units" within the measure.

  4. Select the appropriate measures using the checkbox.

  5. "General measures" are displayed with an overview of all selected measures.

  1. Open the detailed view by clicking on a measure once.

  2. Depending on your access, you can now edit the general measure create a process-specific copy of this measure

  3. If you edit the general measure, it will be changed in all existing processing activities or risks.

  4. By clicking on "Duplicate as process-specific measure" an exact copy will be created immediately.

  5. You can now safely edit this copy and then save it.
