Introduction
The Cloudbeds integration connects your PMS with Bookboost's CRM, Unified Inbox, and Digital Reception, so reservations and guest profiles flow into Bookboost and pre-check-in details flow back to Cloudbeds. This article explains what syncs each way, where the data appears, and what you can build with it.
How data flows
From Cloudbeds to Bookboost. Reservation data includes the booker name, check-in and check-out dates, room or unit, occupancy, and booking source, market, or channel where supported. Guest profile data includes first and last name, email, phone, full address, country, and date of birth.
From Bookboost to Cloudbeds. When a guest completes a pre-check-in form, Bookboost updates or creates the profile in Cloudbeds with name, email, phone, address, date of birth, and identity document details where configured. When companions are added, Bookboost keeps within the reservation's occupancy limit in Cloudbeds.

Unified Inbox so your team sees up-to-date guest information during conversations.
Online check-in
Online check-in is supported through the two-way integration, as online pre-check-in through the Guest App. Guests complete their details before arrival, and those details are written back to Cloudbeds.

How often data syncs
Sync is near real-time, based on events sent from Cloudbeds, usually within a few minutes.
Configuration and Setup
