The Guest list has been rebuilt from the ground up. It loads your full guest base faster, lets you search by name, email, phone, or UUID from one place, and shows key guest data directly in the table without having to open individual profiles. This version is currently in Beta.
What it does
Faster loading with infinite scroll. The list streams in as you scroll down. The header shows the total number of guests in your database; the footer shows how many rows are currently loaded.
One search bar for everything. Search by guest name, email address, phone number, or UUID. These were previously split across different filter options; they are now combined into a single search bar.
Filtering. Narrow the list by audience, language, or guest tags. If an audience option does not appear, it means that audience is not configured on the guest profile.
Sorting. Order the list by total reservations, total amount spent, or last updated. Useful for quickly surfacing your most active or highest-value guests.
Configurable columns. Add or remove columns to focus on the data that matters for the task at hand. Columns scroll horizontally; the guest name stays pinned to the left.
Inline guest data. Each row shows the guest's tags, audiences, and their most recent reservation, without needing to open the profile.
Contact a guest directly. From any row, open a new inbox conversation to reach the guest by email or phone.
Export to CSV. Select the rows you want and export them as a .csv file.
How to get to the Guest list?
Navigate to Guests in the left-hand menu.
What this does not do yet
Column layout is not saved between sessions. Each time you open the list, columns return to the default configuration. Persistent column preferences are on the roadmap.
Export is limited to selected or loaded rows. You cannot export the full result of a filter in one action, only the rows that are currently selected or loaded.
For a full export, you can make a GDPR data request or use Bookboost Insights.
Common questions
Can I search by reservation number?
Yes, you can. Search covers reservation number, guest name, email, phone, and UUID.
Why do some audience filters not appear?
The filter only shows audiences that have been marked with "show on profile".
If I export, do I get all guests or just the ones I selected?
Only the rows you have selected (or that are currently loaded). To export a specific segment, filter first, let the list load, select the relevant rows, then export.
