Current limitations of Bookboost Insights

A complete list of current Insights limitations across access, reservations, marketing attribution, data delivery, and the AI Agent.

The current limitations of Bookboost Insights are listed here so you know what to expect.

Access

  • Accounts are enabled by Bookboost once commercial terms are agreed. Contact your Account Manager or support@bookboost.io for more information.

Reservations

  • Adjusted occupancy on Shiji and Clock PMS. These systems do not store space availability data, so adjusted occupancy is not available. Other reservation metrics work as normal.

Marketing attribution

  • Multi-touch broadcast double-count. Bookings are credited to every broadcast the guest received in the 30-day window. See Broadcast revenue: how the number is calculated today.

  • Static 30-day attribution window. It cannot be customised in-app today. A dynamic window is in development.

Data delivery

  • No native API connector to external BI tools. Use SFTP CSV export to integrate with Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

AI Agent

  • Inbox AI Agent data is not yet in Insights. Those metrics are tracked separately and are not yet surfaced in the dashboards.
