This article covers your first login to Bookboost and the basic profile setup steps every new operator should complete.
Important
✅ Make sure an Administrator has granted you access before logging in.
⚠️ Please don’t sign up on your own! This could create a separate account outside your organization.
Logging in
Go to platform.bookboost.io
Enter the email address and temporary password provided by your organisation or Bookboost
Click Log In
If you have not received login credentials, contact your Onboarding Specialist or reach out to [support@bookboost.io](mailto:support@bookboost.io).
Setting your display name
If you leave your name empty, Bookboost will display the first characters of your email address instead. Set it properly so your teammates know who is handling conversations in the Inbox.
Go to Settings → Operators
Click on Your Profile
Fill in your First name and Last name
Click Save
Setting a permanent password
You should replace your temporary password immediately after your first login.
Go to Settings → Operators → Your Profile
Scroll to the Password section
Enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields
Click Save
You do not need to know your previous password to set a new one — as long as you are logged in, you can update it at any time.
