What to include in your support request
The more context you provide, the faster we can help. Include:
Your organisation name and property name
What you were trying to do (e.g. "I tried to activate a Journey campaign")
What happened instead (e.g. "Guests are not receiving it")
Steps you have already taken (e.g. "I checked the audience and the guest is in it")
Screenshots if relevant — especially for error messages or unexpected behaviour
Guest name or reservation ID if the issue relates to a specific guest
