Getting Support from Bookboost

If you are stuck, something is not working as expected, or you simply need help from our team — here is how to reach us.


Option 1 — Talk to Us (in-platform)

The fastest way to reach support is directly from inside Bookboost.

  1. Click Talk to Us in the left menu

  2. Describe your issue

This opens a support conversation with the Bookboost team. Response times are faster via this channel than email during business hours.

What to include in your support request

The more context you provide, the faster we can help. Include:

  • Your organisation name and property name

  • What you were trying to do (e.g. "I tried to activate a Journey campaign")

  • What happened instead (e.g. "Guests are not receiving it")

  • Steps you have already taken (e.g. "I checked the audience and the guest is in it")

  • Screenshots if relevant — especially for error messages or unexpected behaviour

  • Guest name or reservation ID if the issue relates to a specific guest
