Configuration and Setup
Option 1: Reset Your Password (Forgot Password)

Click "Forgot password?" below the login fields
Enter the email address associated with your Bookboost account
Click Send reset link
Check your inbox for a password reset email from Bookboost (check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it)
Click the link in the email โ it will open a secure page
Enter your new password and confirm it
Click Save โ you can now log in with your new password โ

If for any reason you are unable to reset or change your password using the options above, you can ask the Bookboost Support team to reset it for you. To ensure the request is verified and secure, the request must be sent to support@bookboost.io from either:
The operator's own registered email address, or
An authorised admin email address for your organisation
Requests from unverified third parties cannot be accepted for security reasons.
