Other tokens

The token categories covering integrations, consent, city tax, company bookings, and operators.

These tokens do not belong to a single part of the booking. They cover integrations, consent, taxes, company bookings, and the operator handling the conversation.

The remaining token categories

  • Connector. The name and reservation ID from the external connector associated with the booking, for example a third-party integration.

  • Reservation Set Connector. The connector-level ID for group or multi-room reservation sets.

  • Consent. The name and body text of any consent the guest has given, useful for confirmations and GDPR-related messaging.

  • Double Opt-In. The confirmation URL for double opt-in flows, used to verify a guest's marketing consent.

  • City Tax. The name, type, value, and description of any city tax applied to the reservation.

  • Company. The name of the company associated with the booking, for corporate or business reservations.

  • Operator. The first and last name of the Bookboost operator handling the communication.

Some tokens may not be available to you, because your PMS does not supply that data.

What to do next

To insert any of these, open the Token button in the campaign or template editor. To reformat a date or time token, see Formatting dates and times with tokens.
