These tokens carry the people on a reservation. A booking can involve more than one, and they are not always the same person, so it is worth knowing which is which before you address a message.
The user token categories
User. The contact profile in Bookboost: name, email, phone, and salutation.
User Attributes. Additional profile data such as address, gender, and car registration.
Booker. The person who made the reservation.
Primary Guest. The main guest on the booking.
Secondary Guest. Any additional guest attached to the reservation.
What to do next
To insert any of these, open the Token button in the campaign or template editor. To choose which of these people actually receives a campaign, see Sending to the primary guest, the booker, or both.
