Sometimes you may need to manually add a guest to a specific list—especially if their profile already exists in the system and you don’t want to rely on automation or segmentation rules.

📌 When Should You Use This Method?
This is the most manual way to add a guest to a list. It’s recommended when:
The guest profile already exists.
You only need to add one or a few specific guests.
You don’t want to modify automation rules or segments.
If you need to add multiple guests at once, consider using a bulk import instead.
✅ Step-by-Step: Add an Existing Guest to a List
1. Go to Profiles → Lists
From the main menu, navigate to:
Profiles → Lists
2. Open the List
Find the list where you want to add the guest and click View.
This will open the list details page.
3. Click Add Guest
Inside the list:
Click Add Exiting Guest
Search for the existing guest profile
Select the correct profile
Confirm to add them to the list
That’s it! 🎉 The guest is now part of the selected list.
⚠️ Important to Know
This method only works if the guest profile already exists in your system.
It does not create a new guest profile.
Changes take effect immediately, meaning the guest will be included in any journeys and future broadcasts or automations connected to that list.
