Introduction
Managing your guest audiences efficiently is key to running targeted campaigns. Bookboost allows you to duplicate an existing audience, saving you time when you want to create a similar segment without starting from scratch.
Main Concept
An Audience in Bookboost is a a reusable filter-based segment of guests built from PMS and profile data. Duplicating an audience creates an exact copy that you can then modify independently — leaving the original audience untouched.
Use Cases
🔁 Creating a variation of an existing audience with slightly different filter criteria
📅 Building seasonal audiences based on a previous year's segment
🧪 Testing different audience combinations for campaign performance
⚡ Saving setup time when multiple similar audiences are needed
Configuration and Setup
Navigate to the Profiles section in the left-hand menu of the Bookboost platform.
Click on Audiences from the sub-menu.
Find the audience you want to duplicate in the list.
Click in the duplicate icon option at the right to the audience.
A copy of the audience will be created with the same name, prefixed or suffixed to indicate it is a copy.
Click on the duplicated audience to rename it and adjust any filters as needed.
Conclusion
Duplicating an audience in Bookboost is a quick and effective way to build new guest segments based on existing ones. It reduces manual setup time and ensures consistency across similar audiences used in your campaigns. 🎯
