The Reservation Webpage in Bookboost provides powerful tools to help hoteliers sort and filter guest reservations. This feature allows hotel staff to easily find specific bookings, manage guest flows, and gain quick access to reservation details with just a few clicks.

Main Concept or Feature Explanation

The Reservation Webpage is divided into three main areas:

  • The upper left panel with predefined sorting shortcuts

  • The uppper right panel with a detailed Filter and Booking Reference search tool

  • The results

These tools help users efficiently manage reservations by narrowing down data based on property, audience, arrival/departure dates, guest names, booking periods, and status.

Use Cases

  • Quickly find all guests arriving this week at a specific property

  • Search for a specific reservation using the booking reference

  • Look up all female guests staying today

  • Identify guests departing tomorrow from multiple properties

  • Filter reservations made before or after a specific date

Configuration and Setup

1. Using Sorting Shortcuts (Left Side)

At the top left of the Reservation Webpage, you'll find predefined sorting options:

  • Properties: Select one or more properties (e.g., Hotel Stockholm)

  • Audience: Filter by guest type, such as Female or Male

  • Arrivals: Choose from Today, Tomorrow, or This Week

  • Departures: Same options as Arrivals

  • Staying: Same options as Arrivals

💡 Example: You can simultaneously select:

  • Hotel Stockholm in Properties

  • Female in Audience

  • Arrivals: This Week

  • Departures: Tomorrow

  • Staying: Today

2. Using the Booking Reference (Right Side)

If you know the exact reservation number, use the Booking Reference field for a direct search.

3. Using Advanced Filters (Click on Filter Button)

Click Filter on the right panel to reveal more detailed filtering options:

  • First Name / Last Name:

  • Booked At / Start / End:

Known Issues or Limitations

  1. Search behavior differs depending on the number of characters inputted for names (exact vs. partial match starts at 4 characters)

  2. Users must manually select Show All under status to access non-default status types
