Every campaign and broadcast you build is stored as a message template. That means content you have already written can be reused: build the template once, then spin a campaign or a broadcast out of it rather than starting from scratch.
How templates relate to campaigns
When you create a campaign or a broadcast, its content is saved as a message template automatically. Bookboost creates one template for each language in that campaign, so a campaign in three languages produces three templates.
Creating a campaign from a template
You can also work the other way round, starting from the template.
Open Message Templates and find the template you want.
Click the three dots next to its name.
Select Use to create a campaign or Use to create a broadcast.
