Overview

The Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your property’s activity and performance.

It allows you to quickly see:

  • Monthly booking and revenue figures

  • Today’s operational activity (check-ins, check-outs, stay-overs)

  • Upcoming arrivals

  • Quick access to reservations and statistics

The Dashboard is designed for fast monitoring. For detailed performance analysis and downloadable data, use the Performance Page or the Reports section.

All metrics displayed on the Dashboard follow the official definitions explained in this article.

Access the Dashboard

  • Log in to your Amenitiz account.

  • Click Dashboard in the main navigation menu.

Understanding the Dashboard sections

Your statistics this month

This section provides a monthly overview of your activity.

New bookings this month

Total number of bookings created during the current calendar month.

This metric reflects booking creation activity, not stay dates.

Check-ins list

Below the summary tiles, the Dashboard displays a list of today’s arriving guests.

This section shows:

  • Guest name

  • Room type

  • Stay dates

  • Booking status

  • Booking source

  • Total booking value

Use this section to prepare for arrivals and manage daily operations efficiently.

Using quick actions

The Dashboard includes quick-access buttons such as:

  • View all statistics

  • View all reservations

These shortcuts help you move directly to more detailed views.

Data freshness

Dashboard figures update automatically based on system data.

  • Operational data (check-ins, check-outs, stay-overs) reflects current booking activity.

  • Revenue and monthly statistics may follow system refresh cycles.

  • Minor differences may occur if you compare the Dashboard with downloaded reports generated at different times.

For detailed, period-based analysis, use the Performance Page or relevant reports.

FAQs

Why does the Dashboard differ from a downloaded report?

The Dashboard provides a summary view. For detailed breakdowns or charge-level data, use the appropriate report. All metrics follow the same official KPI definitions.

Why does revenue differ from the Registered Payments report?

Dashboard revenue reflects performance revenue (stay-date logic). The Registered Payments report reflects payment-date (cashflow) logic.

Can I export Dashboard data?

For downloadable files, use the Reports section.
